Refund and Return Policy

Chocolates, Food and other Bakery Items are not accepted back once they are opened or if the parcel is delivered in a perfect condition. If you are unsatisfied with the chocolates or if there are any other issues, please contact us and we will try our best to resolve your concern. All such claims should be raised within 24 hours of the delivery or non- delivery of the product. No refund will be made unless of non-delivery of the product or if the product is unavailable for the delivery under circumstances beyond our control.

In case of UnDelivered Parcels – We make every effort to communicate with the receiver and the sender by phone and email. However, in case if a situation arises that the receiver is not at home for several days or if the receiver refuses to accept the parcel or due to any reason the parcel is returned back, there is no refund issue for that order. The chocolates after being in transit for several days are not in the condition to be accepted back or to be resent to someone.
